Tired Hands from Beading?


If you love beading and your hands get tired easily here is an exercise that can help to strengthen your hands.  Place a rubber band (approximately 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch wide) around your thumb and index finger, stretch out the rubber band as far as you can and hold for 5-10 seconds. Repeat the exercise with the band wrapped around your thumb and each of your other fingers, then do the same with your other hand. It may feel a bit silly at first, but trust me, you'll notice a difference after a few days.
